Christian Therapy for Women

Dear Reader,

You are doing the most: working, caring for family and home, praying and still feeling like nothing is getting accomplished. You feel the weight of judgement from yourself and others and can’t seem to get out of the darkness.

People have always said that life has a way of testing us and that feeling is more accurate than ever. With days getting longer and bleeding into each other, you realize that you don’t know what you are experiencing and you feel further away from your purpose and from God.

Continuing this path will lead to ongoing distress, and you will miss what God has planned for you.

“So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough today” (Matthew 7:23) and yet today’s troubles seem endless and you are desperate for relief.

God’s got you and you are in the right place!

I know that it can be hard to remember all the guidance scripture and God has given us but there is so much to share in and seek delight in when you have a moment to process and get back to your core.

It’s time for you to reestablish love for yourself by adding YOU to the list of things you are doing and those you are caring for.

God reminds us that we are created in His image and that we are to care for ourselves as we would a temple.

“God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day” (Psalm 46:5)

God Continues to Lead You

We will process your life events and determine where you started to lose yourself for the sake of others.

We will utilize your faith background to help you get back to the passion that drives your soul and help you reconnect with your spirit.

You have feverishly done the Lord’s work for a long time. Now, it’s okay to sit in space with thoughtful processing and prayer just as Jesus did from time to time.

“For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven” (Ecclesiastes 3:6).

Let this season be the one where you reconnect with yourself and the Lord. Let’s start the good work today!
